About the National Film Challenge?
NFC is the sister competition to the 48HFP, and is very similar--filmmakers again have just a weekend (three days total) to write, produce, and edit their short films using a character, prop, line of dialogue, and genre that they receive through the NFC site. The National Film Challenge is open to filmmakers all around the world, even if there is no 48 Hour Film Project in your city. The winning films will screen at Filmapalooza alongside the winning 48HFP films.
